Bandung Giraffe found dead (with 15 kg of plastic in stomach)
Every year after the moments of Iedul Fitri (religious occasion for moslems), Bandung Zoological Park remains a favorite destination for local tourist. A sudden increase of visitors in this moments happens annually. The visitors are a blessing and also danger to the animals since the rules to not feed the animals are often disobeyed.

Even though the zoo authority warns the visitors through every possible way, the visitors finds that feeding the animals are very amusing.
Recently, a 10 year old Giraffe (Giraffa camelopardalis) suddenly died. An autopsy was done to the animal weighing 1.5 tonnes. It was surprising that the result of autopsy was there was 15 kg of plastic in various size found inside the stomach of the poor animal. It is assumed that the plastic came from the visitors who fed the animal.
