Yesterday, again somebody bought a book from my amazon link and its about biotechnology. Possibly the customer entered via my biotechnology blog but I’m not sure because I didn’t customize my links. Well, first of all if you want to analyze where your buyers are coming from then you should really customize and make different channels for every website your using.

Anyway, it seems like that most of the customers will buy products related to the website theme that you promote. But also most of the customers will only purchase products that is not too expensive such as books, dvds etc.

Possibly we could sell higher priced products such as electronics but until now I haven’t had success yet. Anyway, If you are an amazon affiliate, it is better that you prepare for the buying season in this year end. That is what I am probably going to do.

First time in history, the Manneken Pis, landmark and mascote of Brussels, Belgium and very popular tourist attraction wore an Indonesian traditional costume as a special gift to Indonesia (which is celebrating the 63 rd birthday).

Manneken Pis which is located at Rue de l’Etuve and Rue du Chene, Brussel was given the costume, spectated by hundreds of tourist and also Indonesian people. Nadjib Riphat as the Indonesian ambassador officially revealed the previously cloaked statue. After that then the Indonesia Raya (Song of Indonesia) was sanged while the red and white flag behind was raised.

Well this in a rare event in Brussels and Indonesian people hope that it will attract tourism to Indonesia (because Indonesia is holding a tourism year this 2008).

If you are a salesman, an online marketer, affiliate or doing anything related to selling things than by now you should feel that selling things to consumers these days become a very hard task because a lot of consumers don’t have a lot of time to buy things they really don’t need.

Actually the title is quite misleading as I only succeeded to sell less than 10 items through amazon affiliates, and I didn’t get a high income because you might already know that you only get a small percentage of the sales but I really want to change this in the future.
